Intro call & setup
A short call, then we add your college and make your staff its admins. They sign up first; we do the rest.

Share your brief
Tell us the theme, the dates, and who can enter — your own verified students, or any verified student. We publish it under your name; you set the rubric.

Students get verified
Your admins confirm students from a queue. Only a verified student can enter; their teammates can be anyone.
- 04
Checks at entry
Every entry is a verified student's own project, reviewed by Craftock, entered while the competition is open, with a similarity reading your judges can see.

You score
Your admins score each entry against your weighted rubric; the totals rank entries as reviews come in.
- 06
You declare the winners
Winners and their teams hear they won. When the competition closes, the results join the public winners archive — and your outcomes page counts what your students built.

Every entrant is verified as a student or alumnus — by your admins for your own students, and by Craftock for colleges not on Craftock yet. Craftock can confirm a student for any college.
Similarity transparency
Near-duplicate entries are flagged for your judges, never auto-rejected. Your panel makes the call.
Safety override
Craftock keeps a compliance override on every competition. Payments run in test mode during the pilot.
