How Craftock handles your information. This is an MVP draft — review with counsel before production use.
Account details (name, email), student-verification information you submit (institution, student ID or enrollment reference, supporting notes), and the project content you create — problem, solution, team, media, and open roles.
To verify student identity with your institution, show approved projects in the public showcase, run competitions and Think Tank prompts, and moderate for quality and similarity. We do not sell personal data.
When you request verification tied to an institution, the institution's authorized reviewers can see the verification details you submit so they can confirm you are their student.
Craftock is a sandbox build. Funding figures are simulated — no real money moves and no payment or card data is collected.
You can edit your profile and project drafts, and request account or data deletion. Email hello@craftock.com to exercise any data request, and say which account it is for so we can find it.
